TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A GRANT

To be considered for a grant an organization must be a qualified charitable organization
under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation expects grantees to provide a financial report on the use of the Foundation's grant and to also
provide information on the general state of the grantee's operations.

RESTRICTIONS

The Foundation does not give grants to individuals, private foundations or organizations
not qualified as charitable organizations.
